ECS 1612MV Multi-Volt Crystal Oscillators
1612MV Multi-Volt Crystal Oscillators are miniature, SMD, HCMOS oscillators with multi-volt capability in a 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.7mm ceramic package. These ECS oscillators occupy a 1.6 x 1.2mm footprint and offer a 3.000 - 80.000MHz frequency range with ±25ppm stability. The RoHS-compliant oscillators feature low jitter and support a wide 1.6 - 3.63VDC supply voltage. These multi-volt crystal units have a 15pF output load while operating in temperatures ranging from -40°C - 85°C. ECS 1612MV series oscillators are ideal for low power, portable, industrial, and Internet of Things applications.
